Dairy Revenue Protection

🔧 Improvements

  • 🐛 fixed issue with loading the endorsements screen on a freshly created operation

  • 🐛 fixed issue with creating/resetting what-if scenario endorsement data, where an error would be displayed

  • 🐛 fixed issue with automatic creation of AIP endorsements that resulted in duplicate endorsements

  • ⚡️ improved performance of daily endorsement update duration by not updating the endorsements with final prices

    Endorsements that have actual prices available will no longer be updated on a daily basis. Usually this means that once a full quarter has passed from the endorsement quarter that the endorsement would stop being updated. Ex. endorsements for Q1 2022 would stop updating after the end of Q2 2022.

  • 🐛 fixed issue with update of Revenue floor on the quoter when changing Basis

  • 🐛 fixed issue with endorsements not updating regularly on a daily basis

  • 🐛 fixed issue with wrong display of Quoter Class Price Weighting factor

    Class price weight factor was displayed as 100% Class IV even though slider was set on Class III 100%. This occurred only when the user set it on Class IV 100% and the navigated off the quoter and then returned.

  • 🚸 improved consistency of SMS & email price reports

    Formatting of email price report text for ClassIII/IV is now updated to display the same as in the SMS price report (Class III xx%, Class IV xx%)

  • 🚸 improved handling of situation when there is no component pricing in SMS

    When there would be no component pricing for a certain quarter the SMS would contain an empty line with no data. This has been improved where now that line will have the text "No component prices".

  • 🚸 added delivery of "No DRP Sales today" SMS message for days when sales is suspended

  • 🐛 fixed issue with the display of Expected Milk Production value in the daily price report

🔧 Improvements

  • 🐛 fixed issue with missing price differences in the daily LRP price reports

  • 🐛 fixed issue where LRP subsidy was not calculated due to data related issues

  • 🐛 fixed issue with LRP request coverage on any non 13 week, 1 rank percentage selection

    When selecting an LRP endorsements from the quoter screen to request coverage the selected endorsements Week length and Coverage Percentage would not be reflected in the "Request coverage" dialog, rather they would default to the first possible selection, usually 13 weeks & rank 1.

  • 🐛 fixed issue where the user was unable to select a different endorsement length other than the default

🔧 Improvements

  • 🐛 fixed issue with export of Management reports where all data was formatted as percentages

  • 🐛 fixed issue with the display of Hedge ratio values in Operation management report exported to excel

  • 🐛 fixed issue with incorrect SUM of Effective Milk Production in Operation Management report

System wide

In order to reduce the number of clicks to access Insurance programs from the Operations list, we enabled clicking on the Insurance program tag directly in the list. The user can now access a Insurance program directly from the Operations list regardless of the operations default Insurance program, by clicking on the desired programs icon.

Program selection

✨ Sorting of producers and agents by account verification status

In order to enable the Agents and Agency admins easier identification of non-verified users we have enabled sorting in the Admin panel of Agents and producers by account verification status. The user can now click on the column header and the table will be sorted accordingly.

🔧 Improvements

  • 🐛 fixed issue with display of SMS subscription status in Account preferences

    When the user would send STOP SMS the system would not correctly show the status in Account preferences. The option to select sending via SMS would not be disabled and the proper warning text would not be displayed. Both issues have been corrected

  • 🐛 fixed issue with saving Account preferences for users that requested "STOP" of SMS sending

    When saving account preferences for users that have requested "STOP" of SMS sending the system would report an error due to the inability to send an SMS to such a user. The system no longer attempts to send an SMS to such users.
