We’ve implemented an update to the operation status display logic to enhance user experience. For agencies with AIP sync enabled, insurance plans now appear in specific colors to indicate AIP matching status. Red denotes unmatched insurance plans, blue indicates matched plans without pending endorsements, and orange signifies matched plans with pending endorsements. Hovering over the display message provides details on pending endorsement matches ("There are X pending Endorsement matches."). Additionally, we’ve removed the AIP sync column from the display while preserving existing filtering functionality.

We’ve implemented an online binding process report to track the number of endorsements keyed in through LIA. This report is accessible exclusively to Global Admins and provides data based on Reporting Year (RY) and Insurance Plan for all AIPs and agencies. Users can export the report to Excel for further analysis.

We’ve reduced the postponed purchase time from 15 to 5 minutes, enabling the request coverage option sooner. This change ensures that users can access and select coverage promptly. The Request Coverage option is postponed to prevent coverage requests from being rejected when LIA has prices before the AIP.

We’ve renamed the PDF document for DocuSign to include the Sales Effective Date of endorsements at the end of the document name. This change allows agencies to automatically store signed documents received via email. The date format MM-DD-YYYY will be uniformly applied across all insurance plans.

We want to inform users about the correct process for handling endorsements to avoid issues. If the endorsement requested from LIA is edited in AIP after the request, it can cause a double endorsement entry in LIA. The correct process in situations when the endorsements need to be changed after the request is:

We’ve expanded the current filter with an additional option to filter through endorsements that have ended in some months. When "Ended Endorsements" is selected, the option to filter "By Date" or "By Month" is displayed. The default "By Month" is selected, and users can select the month and year from the calendar picker. The default is the current month and year. When "By Month" is selected, all endorsements that have ended in the selected month/year will be displayed

We’ve implemented an update on the Premium Quoter to ensure that the lowest percentage is no longer duplicated to fill all available rows when there are fewer than 10 different coverage percentages for a specific endorsement length.

We’ve implemented the capability to send SMS price reports and manage preferences within "My Account". Users can choose which prices they want to receive via SMS. Initially, the option to receive SMS price reports is disabled by default. Preferences for price reports now include SMS options, with all preferences initially disabled. SMS price reports will be sent if the user opts-in and selects which reports they want to receive via SMS, and they will receive SMS reports at the same frequency as email price reports.

We’ve implemented changes to ensure consistent behavior on the screen regarding sliders and display rules. Now, the slider is always displayed in blue and initially set to the preferred value. If the "class price weighting factor restricted value" for a quarter does not match the selected "class price weighting factor," offers for that quarter will display as N/A or with a warning. In cases where "class price weighting factor restricted value" is 0 for all quarters, the slider remains movable but offers will show as N/A with a warning whenever it’s not set to 0.

We’ve included "Total" values when "$" is selected to demonstrate DRP performance to customers. The total row is displayed only when "$" is selected, summarizing the Producer Premium Amount and Estimated Indemnity Amount from Endorsement Performance by Quoter. When $/cwt is selected, the total row is not displayed.
