We are excited to announce that Bozic LLC has successfully completed a System and Organization Controls (SOC) 2 Type I audit performed by Sensiba LLP (Sensiba). Developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the SOC 2 information security audit provides a report on the examination of controls relevant to the trust services criteria categories covering security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy. A SOC 2 Type I report describes a service organization’s systems and whether the design of specified controls meets the relevant trust services categories at a point in time. Bozic LLC’s SOC 2 Type I report did not have any noted exceptions and was therefore issued a “clean” audit opinion from Sensiba.

We’ve improved our notification system to promptly inform users about the status of endorsements after they are sent to RMA. Email and SMS notifications are sent to all agents associated with an operation whenever an endorsement status is updated. If statuses for all endorsements are unowned, an email is still sent. The system continues to monitor the status of these endorsements and will send further notifications if the status changes before the next Sales Effective Date opens.

We’ve added a notification system to alert agents if the upload of signed forms fails. Successful uploads will change the status to "Form sent to AIP" without sending a notification. If an upload fails after three attempts, an email and SMS notification will be sent, and the status will change to "Manually sent to AIP". No further upload attempts will be made after this notification.

In the "Manually sent to AIP" status, users can manually change the status to "Form sent to AIP". This process applies to the online binding process, automatic uploads to AIP, and all insurance plans. The system retries the upload every two minutes.

We’ve extended session times to 1 hour for agents and producers. This change addresses concerns about frequent logouts and has been approved by the Compliance officer and FCS security representative.

We’ve reorganized and refactored the My Account page to display all preferences on one screen without scrolling. This update introduces a fresh design, while ensuring all existing conditions and rules remain unchanged.

We’ve implemented a Producer "Title" field to correctly complete hybrid signatures required by AIPs. This optional field is available when adding or editing a Producer account and is included in DocuSignatures. The title will also be incorporated into the signature text for the online binding process.

We’ve adjusted the spacing between coverage levels due to the changes in the new Reporting Year (RY). Now, when you receive an LRP price report, the PDF will be formatted to fit all content on a single page, with a link provided to access the report directly.

We’ve updated our price report notifications to reflect changes in LRP offers for the new RY 2025, ensuring they accurately represent available commodity offers. If prices are not available for all categories, the report will note "No New Prices - <EventName>" for each category. For price differences, we will reference the last available sales effective date prior to any missing data.

In cases where no prices are available for any category, the email subject will read: "Your LRP Price Report - No New LRP Prices Released on <Day, Date>," and the corresponding text message will inform recipients that no new prices were released. This ensures clear communication regarding price availability and adjustments.

We’ve introduced a "Copy" option to expedite re-submitting coverage requests after an AIP rejection. This feature, represented by a "Copy" icon, is accessible from the coverage requests page and the Coverage Request page overview. Hovering over the icon displays "Copy Request."

When selected, a pop-up confirms whether to copy the request. If confirmed, the request is duplicated into a new coverage modal, allowing adjustments before resubmission. This streamlines the process of handling rejected requests, improving efficiency for users.

We’ve introduced a calendar under the Market Dynamics tab to help track days without sales for commodities. Users can choose to view the calendar by "Month" or "Reinsurance Year," with the month view as the default and the current date automatically selected. The calendar allows for multi-select filtering by commodity, defaulting to the preferences set in the user’s operation settings.

The calendar displays days without offers color-coded: Green indicates sales are available for all commodities, orange shows sales are available for at least one commodity, and red signifies no sales are available for any commodity. This visual guide assists users in quickly identifying sales availability across different commodities.

We’ve updated the logic for calculating the DRP basis to ensure accuracy. If a value in the "Data" tab is SET for one month in a quarter, that value will be used for the corresponding month in all quarters. If no SET prices are available for that quarter, historical values from the previous three years will be used. For example, for an endorsement from Oct-Dec 2023, data from Oct-Dec 2022, Oct-Dec 2021, and Oct-Dec 2020 will be used. If historical data is missing for any period, it will be excluded. Only SET prices are included in these calculations, and projected prices are not considered.

We’ve enhanced the DRP Management Report by adding a summary and count at the end of the table. The summary includes a total for the "Liability" column, which will now display in the last row and aggregate all displayed values, including those filtered. Additionally, a count of operations with at least one endorsement is now included in the "Name" column, also shown in the last row and reflecting only the currently displayed data. For example, if four operations are listed but only two have endorsements, the count will show 2.

We’ve updated the formula for calculating the "Estimated Revenue Floor" in the detailed PDF report for each Endorsement. The new formula now includes the Effective Producer Premium. The explanation text has also been updated to reflect this new formula, which is applied to both the detailed and summary sections of the PDF report.
